I asked the same question before buying my RS 117, but no one every posted an answer. The answer is yes, a BlackPak will fit; currently I just use a wide milk crate. See picture below. The dimensions are (approximately):
Main Area: 21.5" W x 18" D though this area has a taper from Bow to Stern and finishes at 20" W.
Larger Area: 17.5" W x 14" D
Smaller Area: 14.5 W x 14" D
And there is a formed area for a standard size utility bucket as well
