Can I put a mini power pole on my RS117?

The RS117 has plenty of flat mounting surface on the stern of the kayak which would accommodate the Power Pole Micro Anchor, however we would recommend making a backing plate to go on the inside of the hull to support the force of the Micro Anchor. Using 1/4" Starboard would be ideal for the backing plate.
