For the EX the most common size paddle ranges from 230-250. For your height a 230 would be on the low end.
What size paddle should I use with the Bonafide EX123? EX 123
I am 6’0” and purchased an EX123 and trying to find the right paddle size, I am new to kayaking spent hours with an awesome shop trying out kayaks till I narrowed it down to this one, the paddles I used in the demo were too long and too short. They brought out one for sit insides i believe it was a 205 and one for sit on top that I thought they said was a 240. The shop is recommending a 230
