Hull thickness of our kayaks varies with thicker sections for areas of high stress and thinner areas for low stress. The measurements of hull thickness range from .130" - .240". Every single kayak we make is tested for having the correct hull thickness on 32 locations including the top, bottom, and side of the kayak.
