What is the seat hieght off the deck on the RS117 as compared to the SS127?

The deck height on the RS117 when in the low position is 4.25" and the high position is 6" from the deck to the lowest part of the seat. The height on the SS127 and SS107 in the low position is 5.5" and in the high position is 10" when measured from the deck to the lowest part of the seat.
